Coaching Approach
We define with our clients their coaching objectives and set this out clearly in a coaching programme that gives our recommendations regarding any diagnostic tools we may use and the programme of work we will do.
Each coach has their own authentic presence, which we value, also in addition to their skill what helps the team achieve excellence is a belief in the importance of:
- Creating a robust relationship of mutual regard and trust
- Proper analysis – of current and desired performance (skills, experience, knowledge, behaviours, values)
- Clear coaching objectives, to which we can bring Accelerating Learning Techniques
- Utilising appropriate approaches and leadership models – NLP, Leadership Models, Management of Conflict, Systems Thinking, Chair work, Influencing Styles
- Review – 360 degree and face to face
In creating Authentic Leadership Capability we work with our clients simultaneously on three related levels. Getting clarity about core motivations, becoming more self aware and therefore able to accurately assess their impact, being skilled at applying new and useful approaches allows our clients to make informed choices about how they will lead others.
