Coaching skills programmes

We support our clients in developing their own coaching skills through very practical coaching skills development programmes.

Depending on our client’s needs we run these programmes through a series of skills workshops, or in group coaching formats.

In both cases we find it important that all participants engage in live coaching in between the skills workshops. This allows the participants to apply best practice coaching approaches and models in real coaching discussions. In this way each coach can quickly use the skills they are developing and reflect on progress - successes and challenges. We find this approach allows a more rapid and deeper development of coaching skills.

Our coach facilitators model best practice coaching behaviours during the workshops, and therefore more effectively explore and demonstrate the different outcomes that a coaching approach achieves when compared to the more common ‘instructional’ approaches.

Our coaching skills development programmes are an important component of our work with clients to support the broader culture change objectives when creating a coaching organisation.
