Analysis and assessment

Our coaches and consultants provide analysis and assessment of individuals either as part of a development programme, succession planning, or linked to internal promotion processes.  We conduct thorough analysis using a range of psychometrics and are qualified to use the leading tools available globally.  We offer 360 degree analysis via Executive Coaching Tools ( or other 360 providers.

We are able to benchmark individuals against core leadership groups, and/or against existing competency models.  We produce clear, easily understood reports, feedback results and create development plans to assist the on-going development for the individual.  Each project is designed to the specific needs of our client.
