

Sue is an experienced
coach to business professionals and achieved a Distinction in the Advanced Diploma
in Coaching with the CIPD. Her expertise covers facilitating personal development
on a one to one basis at senior and executive levels, and also acting as a group
facilitator for senior management teams.
Her style is best defined as probing and honest, and geared to ensuring change that
will have a positive impact on both the individual and their business performance.
People have described her as ‘effective in engaging others, building rapport and
focusing on results’.
Through her consultancy work across Europe she has built up a broad base of business
experience including professional services, financial services, telecommunications,
manufacturing and retail. Similarly her clients come from many disciplines encompassing
senior management, operations, finance, human resources, and sales and marketing.
Prior to her career in consultancy, Sue was a senior line manager in a large publishing
company and then in a top professional services firm. She also ran her own consultancy
business before joining a smaller environment to specialise in coaching, leadership
development and assessment. She has a joint honours degree in Modern Languages,
followed by postgraduate studies at St. John's College, Oxford.
Sue employs a number of coaching methods in her approach and draws on a range of
influences acquired over more than 20 years of business experience. She is also
qualified at Levels A and B with the British Psychological Society and uses a range
of psychometric tools as a platform for exploration and discussion, including MBTI,
16PF, SHL OPQ and Motivation Questionnaires, Emotional Intelligence, Leading Through
Change, Creating Strong Personal Impact and a range of management behavioural tools.
