Martin
Tothill is a consultant and management
trainer. He has 12 years experience working across learning and development
in higher education and business environments. Following his first degree
in Mechanical Engineering and work at Rolls Royce Martin went on to gain
a Masters in Industrial Design. He later ran his own business. He has a
diversity of business experience across most industry and service sectors
that provides him with an excellent foundation for his training work.
