Heather is a highly experienced executive coach and consultant. Heather has headed the management development function of a leading retailer and led the HR Consultancy Practise of one of the Big 4 firms, heading numerous assignments within blue chip companies both in the UK and globally. She is a Director of Gordon Cooper Associates Ltd, a management development and executive coaching consultancy where she leads their executive coaching team. She is also Director of Executive Coaching Tools who provides 360 degree analysis for coaches and consultants.

Heather has an advanced post-graduate diploma in Executive Coaching with the Academy of Executive Coaching (AEC) - a programme approved by the International Coaching Federation. Typically Heather works with her clients for 6 months to address specific objectives. She has developed her coaching model (The Coaching Vowels) which she developed through experience and by drawing from a diverse range of models and approaches. This includes Transactional Analysis, Systems Thinking (Mary Beth O'Neil), Emotional Intelligence (Goleman), and the Transformational Coaching Model. Heather is a faculty member of the AEC and has contributed to her first book - 101 Coaching Strategies to be published in 2008.

Heather is currently working with clients in the UK, Ireland, Belgium and Holland across a number of sectors including consultancies, retail, banking and insurance, media and professional services. Her clients are typically working at senior levels in their organisation with responsibility for leading significant areas of business.

On a personal note, Heather is married with two young children. She cycles, jogs and enjoys antique hunting for her Edwardian home.
