Key themes from the breakout groups

• Coaches that attended believed that they will be working as associates of larger organisations in the future.
  
• Executive coaching is now a key component of talent development.
  
• There was a lot on interest regarding the 'coaching organisation' and how this can be created.
  
• Current key issues for coaches when working with clients are:
       - Standards / Ethics / Boundaries / Evaluation
  
• A skilled coach needs to have a blend of skills ie business experience, coaching skill and accreditation, a psychological underpinning.
  
• Agreement that coaches must ensure that they work for the coachee and the organisation - not just the coachee
