

Adrian Priddle is a learning and development consultant with particular interest in individuals career development and organisations business development approaches.
He has 12 years of experience working within a Big Four accountancy firm, firstly within their audit practice and more recently delivering and leading parts of their HR programme.
Adrian qualified as an accountant in 1995 and worked primarily with retail and leisure organisations providing business advice. His experience in HR included leading initiatives in:
Development of senior management
Selling and marketing training
Development of learning strategy for emerging parts of the business.
Since establishing himself as a consultant, Adrian has provided input to a number of professional services firms on their approach to developing new business and to their training courses.
His
coaching experience, over the last three years, includes supporting senior
management in developing their careers through considering career strategy,
development needs and key actions. He is qualified to Level B with the British
Psychological Society and uses a wide range of psychometric tools and coaching
techniques.
Outside of work Adrian is a keen sports fan and golfer, although not necessarily a good one! He likes to travel to experience landscapes such as the Rockies, the Garden Route and the Columbia Ice fields.
