Our Team
We have the privilege of working with a great team of top class executive coaches and training consultants.
Typically team members will have gained over 20 years experience of leadership and management development through working in business and then focusing on the development of senior executives and leaders.
All our executive coaches are professionally qualified and also make leading contributions to the development of best practice in coaching.
The capability of our team extends globally. To support this we have developed our own coach development and support processes to ensure we share best practice, bring great insights to our work and are motivated to deliver excellent results for our clients.
Our teams are lead by the two founding directors of Gordon Cooper Associates, Heather and Andrew Cooper.
