

Anne Archer
is an executive coach, group facilitator and researcher
with over 15 years experience gained predominantly with professional service firms
and financial institutions. She has led her own successful practice and has held
senior management roles including leading a global team and providing consultancy
within a professional partnership. Anne has international experience and has worked
in the States and Europe with coaching clients from USA, Australia, South Africa,
India, Europe, Canada and New Zealand. She works with individuals, teams and organisations
to release potential.

Anne holds a Business Diploma, Psychology degree and a Master in Management and
Organisation development. She is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools,
SIMA (A system for identifying motivated abilities) and is an NLP Practitioner.
Anne holds an Advanced Executive Coaching Diploma and develops other coaches.
Anne believes in setting an example with continual learning and professional development
and actively encourages others to do the same. She also works on the principle that
the greatest limit to achieving all we can lays within our minds.
Additional Information
Anne is currently researching the impact of different styles, approaches, types
of people on the workplace and the individual. This is for a PhD due to complete
2008.
When not working Anne enjoys her family, riding and competing with her stunning
Haflinger and pottering in her beautiful old farmhouse and garden.
