Ryan has 10 years experience working at senior management level within the retail & service sector. Six of those years were spent working in Oslo, Norway & he is fluent in both English & Norwegian. For the past four years Ryan has been working for a FTSE 500 company as a senior manager, reporting at board level. Ryan is a passionate and inspirational leader who possesses great creativity, insight and a can do attitude in abundance.
Ryan is a previous
student of Ian McDermott and Robert Dilts with whom he trained to achieve
his accreditation Master NLP Practitioner & European NLP Coach. Ryan's
interest and passion for coaching was ignited during his time in Norway
where a more holistic coaching approach was taken when assisting his teams
to achieve their goals and targets, and where the development & growth
