Her practise is informed by her own extensive experience; Solution Focused,
Behavioural and therapeutic models such as Kolb, Rogers; NLP,Transactional
Analysis and Gestalt, as well as Systemic Thinking by Mary Beth O'Neill.
Fran is currently working with clients in the retail, media, property, financial
and charity sectors. She is lead facilitator in a major succession management
programme in a Footsie 100 organisation; an out-sourced Sales Director in
the property sector as well as working with executives at the top of their
organisations assisting them in embracing change.
On a personal note, Fran enjoys spending time with her family and friends,
travelling with her Husband, eating good food and uses Pilates, the gym
and swimming to relax and keep fit.
